Bharat Patel began his journey in the hospitality industry with the purchase of his first hotel in 2004, a small 34 room Super 8 in Estherville, IA. With a keen eye for opportunity and a relentless work ethic, Bharat quickly expanded his portfolio, growing from that single property to a collection of 11 hotels across various states with his business partner Dinesh Patel. His hands-on approach and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in his success. Over the years, Bharat has focused on acquiring and operating hospitality assets while maximizing their potential. Outside of his business ventures, Bharat enjoys traveling with his wife and three children and enjoys visiting State Parks across Iowa.

Dinesh Patel ventured into the hospitality industry in the early 1990s, purchasing his first motel in Algona, IA and laying the foundation for what he and Bharat would begin. With a deep understanding of the market and an innate ability to identify growth opportunities, Dinesh steadily expanded his holdings alongside Bharat building a portfolio that now includes multiple hotels across several states. His strategic vision and dedication to providing exceptional guest experiences have been key to his long-term success. When he’s not working, Dinesh enjoys visiting his daughter in Chicago and watching cricket.

Hemal Patel was immersed in the hospitality industry from a young age, gaining firsthand experience in a field that would shape his professional journey. After college, he joined JLL as an analyst, where he honed his skills in real estate finance and market analysis. His expertise led him to MetLife, where he focused on real estate debt and was intimately involved across loan originations and portfolio management. In 2024, Hemal decided to forge his own path to embark on an entrepreneurial journey, drawing on his extensive background in hospitality and real estate. Outside of work, Hemal enjoys camping and trying out local restaurants.
